These terms apply when you buy from nexlin.co.uk (“Nexlin”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ordering
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your order and send dispatch confirmation.
- Before dispatch, we may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, was clearly mispriced, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
- If only part of an order can be fulfilled, we will contact you before dispatch.
- Products are sold to purchasers aged 18 or over. Follow the compatibility notes, setup instructions, and safety information supplied with the product.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken through Stripe by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We do not store full card details.
- If a pricing error is obvious, we may contact you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel and refund the order.
Delivery
- We deliver within the United Kingdom. Available services, costs, and estimated times are shown at checkout.
- Delivery dates are estimates. If delivery is more than 30 days late, you may cancel for a full refund.
- The goods become your responsibility when delivered to you or someone you nominate. Ownership passes after we receive payment in full.
- If a delivery fails because the address supplied was incorrect, we may deduct reasonable redelivery costs from a refund.
Compatibility
The wireless CarPlay adapter requires a vehicle or aftermarket head unit with factory wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. It does not add CarPlay or Android Auto to a vehicle that does not already support the wired version. Check the product page before ordering and contact us if you are unsure.
Returns and faulty items

Our liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.
- If we breach these terms, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by that breach, normally up to the price paid for the affected order.
- We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or business loss. Products are supplied for private use.

Email hello@nexlin.co.uk and we will try to resolve the issue promptly. You may also seek advice from Citizens Advice.
General
- We may update these terms. The version available when you order applies to that order.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also rely on the protections and courts of the place where they live.
